Robocopy is part of Microsoft Powertoys.
It enables you to copy files and whole directory structures
robocopy C:\Users\Alice\source-dir c:\Users\Bob\target-dir /mir
/e
copies subdirectories, includes empty directories.
/purge

mirrors a directory tree and is equivalent to /e
