Enable WebGUI (SAP)

SAP WebGUI with transaction code WEBGUI needs its own WebGUI service to be activated.

This procedure describes, how to check if the service for the WebGUI is active:

  1. T-Code: SICF
  2. Go to /default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its
  3. Double click on webgui
  4. Check if next to the field "Service-Name: webcgui" it says "Service (active)"
  5. Either go back to /default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its
  6. Right click on webgui → Select test

If this procedure does not work try following URL for the WebGUI with your particular server name, domain, TLD and port number: 

https://<servername>.<domain>.<tld>:<portnumber>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui
